Radius Dorsal Y Anatomic Locking Plate is designed to provide stabilization of
fractures and deformities that occur in the distal dorsal of the radius bone.
It has 2 types, right and left, and has 5 different hole numbers from 3 to 7.
According to the surgeon's preference, Ø2.7mm, Ø3.5mm
and Ø4.0mm locking cortical or cancellous screws can be used in the shaft part.
In the distal part, 2.3mm locking cortical screws are used
The plate has an anatomical shape and profile. It is designed to be flush with the bone surface and minimize soft tissue irritation. Thanks to the conical end of the plate, its placement on the bone is easier.
The extended boiler hole on the shaft helps position the plate. With the Kirschner wire holes, the plate can be temporarily fixed to the radius, broken pieces can be reduced and the position of the plate relative to the bone can be adjusted.
The plate is made of Ti6Al4V ELI material, meeting ASTM F136 standard requirements.
