The Website is operated for the purpose of corporate presentation and information regarding the Company’s orthopaedic trauma implants and surgical instruments. The Website does not offer membership, online sales or payment transactions, and no credit card or bank information is collected through the Website.

Information you provide to us: When you fill in the contact form on the Website, your first name, last name, e-mail address, phone number, the subject of your request, the product you are interested in and the content of your message; and, if you subsequently correspond with us by e-mail or telephone, the information contained in such correspondence.

The Website is intended for healthcare professionals and industry professionals, and the contact form is not intended for the collection of special categories of personal data. Please do not include special categories of personal data, in particular health data of patients, in your messages.

To assess and respond to your price quotation, distributorship, product information, catalogue, training/course and other requests;
To forward your request to our authorised distributor in your region so that it can be handled by that distributor;

6. Retention Period

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary for the purpose for which they are processed and for the periods prescribed by applicable legislation. Upon expiry of these periods, your personal data are erased, destroyed or anonymised in accordance with the Regulation on the Erasure, Destruction or Anonymisation of Personal Data and the Company’s Personal Data Retention and Destruction Policy.

In accordance with Article 12 of the Law, we take administrative and technical measures to ensure an appropriate level of security in order to prevent unlawful processing of and access to your personal data and to safeguard them.
