Proximal Femur Lateral Anatomic Plate

Indications: TRUE LOCK Femur Plate, is designed for the surgical fixation of the following:
Femoral fractures including trochanteric fractures
Proximal femur fractures with ipsilateral shaft fractures
Metastatik fractures
Osteotomiler
Fixation of osteopenic bone
Nonunion and malunion
Periprosthetic fractures.
Clinical Background: While trochanteric fractures are common in osteoporotic elderly patients, subtrochanteric fractures may occur in both younger patients (high-energy trauma) and older patients (low-energy trauma). Stable fixation is essential to restore mobility and function while minimizing complications.
