Clavicle Hook Plate

The TRUE LOCK Clavicle Hook Plate is designed for selected unstable lateral clavicle and acromioclavicular joint injuries in which conventional distal clavicle fixation may be limited.

The plate combines fixation along the clavicular shaft with a hook mechanism positioned beneath the acromion. This configuration creates an additional point of support outside the distal clavicle fragment and helps maintain the reduced anatomical relationship between the lateral clavicle and the acromion.
